Unique Themed Suites
The Lookout Inn offers four 500-square-foot suites with queen beds and adjacent living areas. Each suite features a private bathroom with clawfoot tubs, mini-refrigerators, coffee makers, Directv service, and individual air conditioning. Three suites include pull-out sleeper sofas. The property includes the Mission Suite, Elvis Suite, Mardi Gras Suite, and Bollywood Suite, each with distinct decor themes.
Outdoor Pool Area
The property features an in-ground cocktail pool, hot tub, and seating cabana with TV. The poolside cabana includes a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, water cooler, and bathroom. Beach towels, BBQ grilling utensils, plates, and cups are provided. Guests can use the outdoor CD/Tuner/iPod system for music.
Bywater Neighborhood Location
Located in New Orleans' Bywater neighborhood, 3 km from the French Quarter and 4 km from Bourbon Street. The RTA No. 8 bus stops nearby with service to the French Quarter. Crescent Park and French Market are within convenient distance. Free street parking is available outside the property.
Group Rental Options
All four suites can be rented together for groups up to 12 people. Group rentals include exclusive use of the backyard pool area. The owners live on-site and can assist with receiving grocery deliveries and arranging local tours through Gray Line New Orleans.
Property Policies
Minimum age for reserving guest is 25 years. Two-night minimum stay required on Fridays and Saturdays. Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Evidence of smoking results in a $150 minimum charge. Children must be supervised by parents at all times, especially around the unsupervised pool area.
